i agree that these are two changes that we have to make eventually - we can't score at 3 an over for the first fifteen overs or so and expect to win every now and then. however, JO was sent in because SN wasn't too confident about his own game.
on the other hand, the hablu issue is probably a bit more complex - we don't really have someone with the same ability to tie the players together off the field, something that translates to performance on the field albeit typical hablu marka field placings. he has a pretty cool head, and even if SN has the same qualities, he hasn't really proved himself with the bat against the top eight, and the last thing we want is another good captain with no on-field performance to back him up.
once again, i do agree that hablu has to go, maybe by the middle/end of next year if not earlier, and i hope someone else (be it SN or anyone else) will be groomed in the meantime.
finally, oh why tushar why? why can't you perform with the bat?
