My problem with my boss (Indian origin) is he himself get stressed out when taking with me (may be I talk too much) or before taking with his Boss i.e our BIG Boss (because he is scared of him). I have give him all kind of advice how to present issues before his meeting with our BIG Boss.
My Boss apply Zero power... therefore we don't get any break.
