The ICC has virtually made chucking legal. The effects of that will be seen in a few more years. Bowling coaches will soon see a fair point in telling their students how they can get more by bending the elbow a little. You deliver a delivery using your shoulder and then throw another delivery of the same line and length using a bent elbow and it will behave differently. Soon we will see a breed of bowlers who would believe more in chucking. ICC has opened the gates for that.
