Sorry, I beg to differ. What BCB can do? BCB gave them best coach they could afford; pay them top dollar. I do not like the appraoch of Sidons. But I would not start blame game with him now. Regarding those, who say BCB wasted money I would say they waste very little compare to other BD organization. BCB build two new stadium (Fatulla, Bogra), renovate three to meet cricket specfic (Ctg, Khulna, Mirpur), two other probably international standard (Sylhet, Rajshahi). Today, BCB inaugurated the academy. Yes they failed in some aspects. Like the pitch. making the NCL competitive, failing to develop quality umpire and start and operate cricket league in each and every league. Ideally I would like each of 64 districts play in a four tier league system. It would not only unearth new talent but also give players more match practice.
