How about one run more than what Aussies can muster. That should be our target. No?

If the pitches assist bowlers and Aussies can only get 100, then 101 should be enough. Same thing if the pitch is a batting paradise and the Aussies get 420 runs then 421 should be enough.

If we bat first any run should be fine. Even a 86 all out is a good total if we can get them all out by 85.

Having a target before a series looses focus of the game. That is WINNING. Now if our target is to gaining experience, still learning the basics of the batting and having fun, then 200 seems to be very reasonable.
