The commitment is clear, clear to everybody, it's clear right from the players to the cheering folk in the stadium.
This meeting was an unscreened communication between the top decision makers and the real performers. So, I believe it was not a meeting to agree with, rather it was a meeting to convey some sort of 'message' to the performers and an assurance to the top administration.
