Qadir resigned after PAK's performance the other day. At the very least our captain can come out and acknowledge he is not the right man for the job and resign. Bashar at least resigned when things started to go south under his leadership.
Excellent post except for the last sentence. Bashar was forced to resign. His pathetic form was nothing but waste of space. So was Ash's. However, he had age on his side and then selectors thought he would learn. When you can't learn in seven years of intl cricket, how can some expect that boy would learn while becoming a captain?

Even if Ash is in the company of Richards, Waughs, Pontings, Sanaths, Tendus; he would not learn. Making him captain allows others not to learn as well. Lack luster performance is okay to them now.
