We need to have a structure in which all our players from u15 to national team understand what it takes to become a pro cricketer. This is one of the biggest issues at the moment i've heard from the inside.
Also, we need a constant kit. Reebok, Adidas and Puma have contacted the BCB to be the kit sponsor but they said no. Instead they gave the kit contract to one of the members of board of directors on the BCB who happens to own a garment factory. The kit was shocking quality and when it costs 5-7 taka to make a cap for the national team, you expect **** quality stuff.
