We know that our selectors are as good as our team... incosistent, restless and always coming up with excuses. But I also hope a good selection policy prevails. The more pool of players we have, the better we will get... A prime example was Mashrafee's injury where we scrambled to find a proper strong replacement. Imagine that happening to Tamim/Ashraful/Raqibul/Saqib,,, who would replace them if we dont have a solid pool?

Please refrain from using sensibility and logic. The demand to meet our egos and bias are far greater than that of the national team.
