as the Captain of BanglaCricketAssassins: I, Rifat will be very busy within the next 3 weeks. Therefore, I assign all my team assignment responsibilities to Gunda, vice captain, who wil pick teams from game 3 onwards. if Gunda refuses to accept this responsibility/ too busy in real life then Tiger's Eye if he refuses/busy then auntu(hopefully it doesn't get THAT far...  )
