As much as I hate ashraful..he's just being made the "Bolir patha" here. The board is trying to distract the media attention away from their mismanagement by publicly humiliating Ashraful. Ashraful is a bolod...no doubt...but he's far from being the main problem of Bangladehs cricket. I'm surprised Mash even agreed to accept the captaincy role...like Siddons said earlier this month...captaining Bangladesh is the hardest job in cricket.
