I heard age cheating is also a problem in many other Asian and African countries.

I find this very sad and disappointing.
Does this not mean that any underage team (15's through to 19's) from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh or Sri Lanka could contain overage players ?
So no matter how well Pakistan or Bangladesh do in the upcoming Under 15 tournament in the West Indies there may well be the suspicion that some of the boys are overage.
If this is the case then it is terrible news and makes a mockery of the notion that boys within an agreed age limit play against each other.
