Kenyan players play upto their
potential regularly. But the
frustrating point is Bangladesh
very seldom play to a level
they are capable of. One player
score good, three other
score zero. Why this mental
block?

I think the Kenyan players have
less mental pressure, as they
don't have a large cricket fan as
Bangladesh, whose great expection
put tremendous pressure on the
players.

I think Tehsin's suggestions should
be followed. Bangladesh A and under-19
teams should play lot of cricket. This
should allow the talented players
to sharpen their skills, build
up their mental strength and adjust
to different conditions.

It is not fair to ruin the talents like
Ash, Taposh, Marsi etc by including them in the test team without proper
practical training.

May be for the next 5 years, we should
reduce the number of Test series and
increase tours for A and under-19 teams.
