Many of us sometimes would visit threads and not post. That doesn't mean we don't care. And this one is especial. 3 day games for U-18. Wow!! Now this is something I can give thanks to if BCB is involved in creating.

BCB (as other boards) controls all official cricket in Bangladesh. Obviously, minor club cricket is not included (eg Ashraful's Rainhill CC is probably not under ECB's jurisdiction, but even that might be). This isn't just some scholastic tournament, it seems to represent whole political units across the country from what I understand (Dhaka vs Barisal). The scores were also on the BCB-MARS website, indicating the BCB has sanctioned it. Just seems like something only the BCB would have the logistics and manpower to oversee.
