I never trusted this report and is not taking this one as true either.
I always feel, Bangladesh is overportrayed as corrupt country. BD corruption level is definitely skewed by some major corruption by ploitical big shots. Bangladesh occupies lower position due to sampling errors.
In general private sector is almost corruption free and BD should stand somewhere in the middle of the list.
