SAHARA CUP 2012 WEST INDIES TOUR OF BANGLADESH : Tickets close to being sold out for 3rd ODI
The BCB has received information from the Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL) authorities that match tickets for Wednesday’s 3rd ODI between Bangladesh and the West Indies are almost sold out.
“The SIBL has informed us that tickets were sold simultaneously from nine branches of the bank and there has been an unprecedented demand.
“As such, the bank is in no position to make tickets for the 3rd ODI available on match day (Wednesday, 05 December 2012) at the designated booths ,” said BCB’s Organizing Secretary for International Home Tours Gazi Ashraf Hossain.

How can 30k seats be sold out within few hours and that too from just 9 mini branches of SIBL ? According to prior notice, a person could buy 2 tickets but the bank officials sold only 1 ticket per person. The truth is only 8-10k tickets were sold to public, and rest were reserved for 'VIP's !
