Nope. Standardised contracts, involving a base salary and a per-day-played.

If you want more, get yourself upgraded to a Cricket Australia contract.

As far as Imtiaz Hossain, or indeed anyone else, goes ... get enough wickets and/or runs in the first class comp, and you'll find yourself on the fringes of the national team. Someone gets hurt or loses form, and you get in. Do good enough, and you stay in.

PS Based on a little more research, theres the usual third-party shenanigans for recruits you really want off another state. But contracts are standardised, and none of the State leagues has any money as Cricket Australia makes sure it controls the sponsorship and so on.
