jotodin domestic na thik hobe totodin ar kichhui hobe na. our u19 team manages to beat the too sides but the same group of players fail once they reach the top level. why? because after u19, the players play domestic and when there isn't the structure where one can improve, the players will remain deficient in skills and technique and reply on to get their basics right in the national team. by then, their competitiors from the u19 days would have played quality competitive cricket in their respective countries and be much ahead of us in the race. this domestic structure void MUST be taken care of if cricket is to go the distance in this country
