Stop being a jerk. There is nothing written in Mahabharata that you have to tip and cannot ask for kosher or halal meat. IT's USA that's the beauty of freedom of religion. We love America. And further there is nothing wrong either eating a steak, plucking a hair from eyebrow and shedding it on horse radish salad and asking for refund.
