If Shewag like attacking batsmen can play an innings without going for big pull shot till reaching 325 runs, you tell me what should be the rule for our batsmen (Ash, Aftab etc.).
1) Test cricket should be played test cricket way (run will come, Stick to the wicket)
2) Block to the right ball, hit the loose ball
3) Don't let the opposition know about the weakness (playing outside deliveries, facing too fast deliveries uncomfortably, pull, hook or even cut balls when you can cut them in domestic leagues)
4) 5 days is long time, don't make 5 mins too long. What the point of having two glorious fours back to back deliveries when you can get them in the span of 5 days.
5) Mental Phsychological treatment for focus and indurance. Patience is the key (JO like patience sometimes good..don't kill me)
