PCB already started to block their players From playing in DPL. Some of the biggest stars in BPL were from PAK. So yes, without PAK players BPL will be under tremendous threat, specially since IND players won't play in BPL. Most foreign players in DPL are also from PAK. BCB can't afford to ruin relationship with PCB. I agree with Lotus' viewpoint here.
