This is a very unfortunate fact: Most of the PHD's I have seen from bangladesh studying in North America/europe are very inarticulate and their writings are full of grammatical and spelling errors !! Grammar and spelling is something you learn in 2nd grade. I am stunned how these guys get their PHD's. How do they write their papers. Even here in BC there are quite a few PHD's whose sentences make me wonder. One of the few exceptions to this is Zunaid uncle. He is the exact opposite of a typical bangladeshi PHD. I think it matters a lot where your foundation years were spent, ie which alma mater you went to when you were a kid/youth.
