Remember the Sri Lanka match which we won in T20? We were like 3 down I think and the first thing he does after he walks in his whack the bowler all over the park and scores like 20 runs in an over. (I think!)

Do you know why people reach plateau in their run? Routine. Routine is the ultimate enemy and you need to switch the pace or the time or the route. Brain will get confused then. Point being, you need to get out of your comfort zone. Flow (Csikszentmihaly) works best in a state of arousal and risk taking stage....when you are being sufficiently challenged and stimulated.
