In Gulshan-Banani there's Optimax that provides cable-modem/. Connection fee was around Tk.8000, and Per month its Tk.1700 for 128kbps dedicated. Its great for Bangladeshi standards, since Grameen's EDGE comes at around 80-90kbps last I heard.
