I think, you are trusting too much on the words of BCB president.
If they attempted to pay and the account number was wrong, they should have told Owais shah about it and Owais wouldn't have complained... Don't you think that they only attempted to pay after Owais shah complained? In that case, BCB is still at fault.... I see more possibility of it.
If account number is wrong how can they send money there? It won't even go....unless that wrong account holder has same name...
which would be quiet a miraculous coincident...
