I think like Ganguly his only and key strength is his mind.
But, unlike Ganguly, Sakib can walk into the team as a specialist spinner only. I do find some resemblance of Ganguly in Sakib's batting. Both struggle a bit against bouncy deliveries and both can punish the full ones on the off side. Ganguly was a lousy fielder though. Mentally if Sakib can be like anywhere close to Ganguly, then we are in safe hands. Ganguly was a good skipper too.
