Because Papon has balls, and is prepared to face the worse and Loitta would just cover up everything which would lead to the worst. Papon has to clean up all the dirty works.
Though I am still not happy about the fact that Mr Papon couldnt even arrange a series for Bangladesh even against ASSOCIATES
