Things I'd really like to see from MR NO 1:

-Be your own man. You are the Boss, make your presence felt. This is YOUR team now.

-Break the BKSP shackles. No point switching from Shakib to Rahim if the BKSP clique continues to rule the team and ruin the harmony within. Treat everyone equally.

- You have been with the team long enough to grasp the inner mechanism, work it around for your own favour and get the best out of every player.

- You have played under Bashar, Ash, Mash and Shakib. Learn from their mistakes but take note of their positives.

- Be a risk taker while on the field, but play it safe while off it.

- Be a bridge amongst the players. Mix your youth and experience to bridge the gap between the seniors and the juniors in the team.

- Most importantly, please have a positive attitude. Losing is never an option. Win win and only win, thats all you should have in your mind.

- Command respect from your peers thru example. Lead from the front.

- Play for your country. Play with pride. This is now yours to lose.
