Individually, He has really capitalized in Tamims performance. he has said it himself he had recieved alot of help through him and look at Tamim now. Although the quickfire flare is still there in test cricket but yeah i dont know, but im sure his test knock of 151 wouldnt have been there without the help of siddons, he would probably had gotten out early on a rash shot.

That speaks for Siddons as a batting coach, not a head coach. Its also difficult to say that the 151 would not have come without Siddons.
Shakib, Tamim, Mushy all seem to have the right work ethic (I think Mushy works hard on keeping but he just doesn't have the Skill required and he is probably instructed to focus on batting more than keeping) and probably will/would get to their best anyways (Siddons or not).
Siddon's deficiency is in not utilizing the players to their strengths. The batting line up and the stubborness to change it according to situations is a testament to that.
