He is the best batting coach we had so far. It's the best decision by BCB to appoint him as coach. Though sometimes he showed that he is not a good tactician. But still he has changed these players (Tamim, Kayes, Mahmudullah, Shakib, Mushfiq ) from talented players to performing talents.
