let him concentrate on his bowling under a good bowling coach. he can bowl offspin, legspin, googlies, flippers, sem up. so lets him transform into a regular 10 over ODI bowler and a consistent test bowler.

then he can play as a bowling all rounder in the team and bat at 8 in tests and ODI. in ODI's may be sometime promoted in order to do some pinch hitting or using the batting powerplays.
