Drop Ashraful and bring in Naeem as a specialist bowler who will bat at No. 8. The batting line-up is then Tamim, Imrul, Junaid, Rokib, Shakib, Mushfique, Riyad, Naeem, Sharapova, Shafiul, Rubel. Problem solved.
Ashraful at least has the potential to do things time to time as he has shown many times. How about Imrul and Junaid? At best, they can occupy the crease with Tamim (not necessarily a bad thing) but unable to do anything of their own. Rokibul is not even capable to do that and should be the first one to go. These 3 does not even have the potential of doing something big like Ash.
