Our own Aminul Islam Bulbul is also a level 3 certified coach and have done pretty well in domestic competitions and development officer of ACC. He has also worked as the head coach of the domestic champion team for successive seasons. Level 3 coaching credential alone is not probably enough to select someone as the head coach position of a Test playing nation.

Ian does not have any experience as head coach of any team. He is a good bowling coach and he should remain as a bowling coach. We probably don't want another misfit in the head coach position. For a team like Bangladesh, we desperately need a head coach who has plenty of expeience in a similar position preferably with an international team.
