We need a coach who will have to teach our batsman about basics of batting, Coaches of India, Australia, SA, NZ do not teach their batsman basic of batting, we do not need a high profile coach or former batsman for that, we need someone who will teach our batsman from the begining. Mcinnes would be best choice IMHO.
