Found one such match from the list, but no idea how many others are there - In the India v South Africa test mentioned in that link, the four Indian bowlers (Kapil, Prabhakar, Raju and Kumble) scored 37 + 165 = 202 while the other seven made 193. Link

Got this from rec.sport.cricket - In the second innings of the second test against New Zealand the lower order contributed 71.76% of the score (74/5 - 262). In the recent test , the last five wickets contributed 72.82% in the first innings and 82.18% in the second innings.

This is the first time in history that the lower order contributed more than 70% of a team's total in three consecutive innings.
