It wasn't a matter of tone. They manufactured quotes with Papon saying that Nasir doesn't even show up to practice, that he has 12 different phones and 80 female friends (lol).

According to that interview in the video, Nasir hasn't been putting in enough time/effort in the net with the bat. It's not the same as above, but it is an issue.

In any case, don't get all the noise about Nasir not getting play time in T20 games. He was never a good T20 player with the bat or the ball even when he was in form.

ODI and T20 are two different formats. Nasir, Soumya, Rubel, Mashrafe (captaincy aside) are all decent or better ODI players but are sub-par or poor in T20s. (Maybe Soumya will get better, and Mash earns his keep with his captaincy.) Mushfiq at his best was a WC ODI batsman but only an alright/OK T20 batsman.

That's more than "very few" in Bangladesh alone.

Lately, Nasir has been bowling well in ODIs. Well enough to bowl 8-10 overs. But he isn't a good death bowler which, as usual, means he isn't a good T20 bowler. (The same is true for Mashrafe except he's a bit better.)

And the answer to the last question is no unless you count Saqlain Sajib (LOL), who played one game.
