I agree with the above sentiments regarding the chat functionality. Right now, giving people the option to chat with friends on FB, MySpace or whatever isn't really useful because a lot of BC members may not be friends on these social networks and may not even want to. And AFAIK, you can't group chat with people. What the platform needs is to integrate the existing BC chatroom onto the platform somehow so that people can browse the forums and chat at the same time.
Currently very few members even bother to log-in to the chat room during match days because it takes too long and you need to keep two seperate windows open, which makes it hard to keep track of forum topics. It's a shame because the chat room is a really fun place to be during matches. If it can be integrated into the platform similar to the chat in Facebook so that people can browse the forums and chat at the same time, it would encourage a lot more members to participate in the chat room even outside of match days.
