Using mouse makes no sense.
Select Avro Phonetic layout, use your keyboard to type Bangla with English letters. Follow the English-to-Bangla table I provided above.
For example, if you type the following in Avro Phonetic:
bangladesh bishwokape daruN khelchhe
you will see:
বাংলাদেশ বিশ্বকাপে দারুণ খেলছে
