Average wise he is only better than Tamim and Mushy.
If this is supposed to the guidelines, are you suggesting that Tamim and Mushy deserve the Axe before Ash?
Ash is held to a different standard from the rest and rightfully so. He has 150+ ODIs under his belt. Which simply means if you have gotten what you want out of him yet, you never will.
In additional the rest of team is always shifted to find a slot for Ash. I know the removal won't come anytime soon, but there really is no justification to keep him on board.
