The rumour says that the grievances of soldiers started from corruption of higher rank officers connected to the Fund on Anti Price Hike sales initiated during CTG regime. No satisfying solution was reached in today's meeting in the morning and at one stage an officer was reported to shoot a soldier. Chaos broke out after that.
