I guess that wouldnt be a bad idea but younger players should always be handled with care because even one bad match can totally ruin their temperament and eventually their career. Dhiman Ghosh is a bright prospect as a middle order batsman too.

For a few days.. something is bothering me a lot about the very flactuating performance of the BD cricketers. And that is... probably the team is playing way too much cricket without proper
improvement sessions in between the tours/tournaments!
This is, probably to a great extent, affecting the performance of the team/players.
Every potential player we pick from the Domestic/Junior teams loses his sharpness within a few series and starts to look blunt!... probably its time to be more careful in picking up younger players and throughing them into the frypan of Int. Cricket!
