Netherlands- Some of their players might come from South Africa and Australia, but they are also Dutch nationals. So they have every rights to represent Netherlands.

But Ireland and Scotland- Yes, they are full of local talents. Even the South Asian guy is a British national living in Scotland with a Scottish accent- so he also has every rights to represent Scotland.

Same for Afghanistan. And when they come to play at a major event, they always attract a fanbase to come to the stadium.

Most other associate nation are just full of South Asian expats, and not even 1% of the remainder of the population of those nations know jack about cricket.

How many fans came to cheer for UAE in CWC 15 in Australia? How many fans came to cheer for UAE in Asia Cup 16 in Bangladesh? Hint: total number is less than 1. Same goes for Oman.

ICC should make a new rule- only citizens of a country can represent that country. This would get rid of all these Omanis and other Middle Eastern teams.
