1. England - 2.942
2. India - 2.576
3. Pakistan - 2.568
4. Australia - 2.293
5. South Africa - 2.113
6. New Zealand - 2.012
7. Sri Lanka - 1.723
8. Bangladesh - 0.731
9. West Indies - 0.495
10. Zimbabwe - 0.021
Keep working. The #1 team on this list has:

1. Been unable to beat lowly ranked WI away two series in a row (they lost the first, drew the second). They've topped it off by losing to them in a test at home recently.

2. Been unable to beat New Zealand home or away.

3. Lost a series to Lanka (Lanka!) at home. Couldn't beat them in Lanka during their last tour either.

4. Couldn't beat Pakistan at home too. Have been beaten back to back times in the UAE, with one of them being a full on whitewash.

5. Whitewash 5-0 in Australia. 'Nuff said.

6. Loss 4-0 in India. Decent enough to draw the first test, but couldn't compete after that.

7. Last but not the least, couldn't beat Bangladesh away. That was a series they expected to win, and could come away with only a 1-1 result.

So this is the #1 team? Go figure.
