This is where the State of India lacks serious education, in environmentalism! And the Indian Government proves again and agian that they do not like living with it's neighbour peacefully! Thus contradicting the true meaning of Hinduism and Buddhism! I am disgusted by the Indian Government's action, narrow mindedness and short-sightedness! Depriving your neighbours of WATER? Shame on India!
