We can have home venues for CTG, Dhaka, Khulna. Sylhet, and Rajshahi(Rajshahi stadium ta kemon?) only.

We can use stadiums of the nearby cities like Vepu said. And regarding transportation, here is my 2cents, we don't need to have a jam packed schedule.
