Let's not forget octopuses while we're at it. At some level, given several examples showing the obvious
intelligence, initiative, and playfulness of these cephalopods (
including shooting out lights that bothered them and
taking late night strolls to snack on neighbouring aquarium tanks), I feel a tad guilty about eating them... but, then, they taste so good.
