I felt the same, and I think even on that Shahbag thread you had same exchanges with ZSayeed Bhai, but he like many AL supporter too seem to still believe that BAKSAL can be defended.

There is a motivating angle within AL. That motivation contains several awami assumptions/awami twists to make it look justified, like Mujib didn't read it before signing, since he trusted the people. But then they also do trust the motivating lectures so they don't go on to read the original doc. So they get convinced that it can be defended.
