As for knowledge about outside world, Americans are mostly no different from rest of the world. Ask the same questions in the streets of Dhaka, as Leno does in his walkabouts, you'll get the same vacant stares and vacuous answers. Don't compare the masses to the the elite 1% who constitute the Internet using deshis.
