I still feel this kid has the attributes to do well. He needs proper direction. These guys are not mature enough to prioritize what is important and what is not. Not thinking, not working hard, and not fearing for his spot in the team. You need to spoon feed everything to the likes of him.
He's been a major let down no doubt, but still a 22 year old kid. Not over yet-of course thats up to him.
