Well, I don't think coach can really do much at T20 unless he has players like Gayle, Gul, Kohli who can turn a match... Experienced coach like Watmore, Akram, Buchannan, Moody couldnt hand a trophy but Stephen Fleming did it twice in IPL . I think thats because at T20, its not the coach only but the entire team has to contribute, one injury of key wicket taker can slip the team down. Unlike the 50 over matches, every single minute matters at T20 and the coach can only do little..
So Ian Pont and Mohammad Rafique are the two best coaches that are out there but that does not guarantee a title. Having them involved in coaching the players will definitely help Dhaka team..Rajshahi has the most 'practical' team administrators of Faruqe, Pilot and Athar Ali Khan ( its interesting how the trio is together considering Pilot was fired as he raised the corruption charges against Athar, Faruque).
